Career Advancement Counseling – For those who want to advance their careers by changing jobs, moving ahead, or changing careers entirely, individual appointments are available to help you assess your strengths and marketability, analyze your career goals, and identify transferable skills. Tuesday evenings by appointment only.

Career Closet – Free Outfits – For job seekers and the newly-employed, our Career Closet is full of quality, gently-used business outfits and accessories for your interview or your new job. Donors please note: only “ready to wear” women’s business clothing can be accepted. All items must be current-season, freshly dry cleaned, and on hangers. No bags or boxes.
Job Training / Employment Counseling – For those entering or re-entering the job market, a career counselor will help with assessment testing, training recommendations, job search tips, and referrals Weekdays by appointment. $Free
Rapid Resume – For new resumes, updates and revisions, Rapid Resumes are professionally and uniquely composed and typically produced in two hours. Also available are cover letters, thank you letters and reference lists.
Donation: $50 per resume, $10 per additional letter or list.

The 21st Century Job Search – Group workshops for job seekers and career changers on a variety of topics tailored for today’s unique job market, including self-confidence as a job search tool; finding your next employer; how to rise above the competition; how to create an awesome resume; winning interview tips and techniques; cover letters, thank-you letters and references; and more. This workshop has been approved by the Bergen County One Stop Career System to fulfill the “core” requirements necessary to qualify for funded training.
Donation: $Free for job training students and registered One Stop Career System customers. Call for schedule.
Job Preparation For Bilingual Speakers - More and more employers are looking for people who speak both English and another language. This new job preparation program is especially designed for Bilingual women who are entering or re-entering the workforce, to learn how to obtain an entry-level job in any field. The program will include: basic computer training, resumes and applications, interview skills, job search techniques, employment options, workplace expectations and responsibilities, and dressing for success. US citizenship or valid work status is required.
Interview Coaching - If you're getting the interviews but not getting the callbacks, find out what you can do to make a better impression! Our volunteer interview coaches offer their experience in hiring and recruitment to provide you with helpful feedback and meaningful advice on how to present your best self to potential employers. Be sure to bring your resume, a few job listings, come appropriately dressed and arrive on time!!
Job Club - Network with other jobseekers, learn tips and techniques to boost your job search success, and interact with guest speakers from the business world.
