Workshops & Events

Every four months, we offer a different schedule of educational and informational workshops and seminars. Below are our current offerings.

Emotional Freedom Workshop
Tuesday, January 19, 2010
6pm - 8pm
Sakinah Beth Kinley, CSW
Spiritual Wellness Educator

Everything that has ever happened to us is stored somewhere in the cells of our body and in our energy field. We carry these energetic issues with us from an early age, a time when we are especially impressionable. Many issues involving self-confidence, self-esteem, relationships, prosperity and abundance have these stored events as their root cause.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) are a group of powerful processes that can help just about every person achieve freedom from emotions which have caused problems in their lives. EFT has been described as one of the most important breakthroughs in the area of psychology in this century. EFT is a form of psychological acupuncture, combined with verbalization and affirmation. Combining these processes of the EFT technique balances the energy system and appears to relieve psychological stress and physiological pain. Restoring the balance of the energy system allows the body and mind to resume their natural healing abilities.

Please join us in viewing the movie, "The Tapping Solution - Try it on Everything" which illustrates the power of EFT. It chronicles the experiences of 10 individuals from pain to healing. A group EFT process will be performed after the movie.
