"Things We Don't Talk About: Women Stories from the Red Tent"
is a groundbreaking 72-minute documtentary that shows how the Red Tent - a red fabric space - is empowering women. The film documents the things women hide - the things that bring them pain and joy. And for many, it is a place to be honest for the first time in their lives. Join us as we celebrate sisterhood with this event.
All proceeds to benefit theWomen's Rights Information Center.

Our New Executive Director

Esmilda Abreu, Ph.D.

Dr. Abreu took over the reigns as the Center’s Executive Director April 13th.
Serving the Center in many capacities over the years, Dr. Abreu is now tasked with renewing the Center’s capacity to realize its mission of helping women help themselves and their families in today’s changing environment.
