HOUSING ASSISTANCE:  Building Stable Foundations

We provide a range of housing support services, including housing search and placement assistance, homelessness prevention referrals, and housing counseling services.  Our programs are designed to help individuals and families secure safe, stable, and affordable housing.

Shared Housing Program

Our no-fee Shared Housing Program connects homeowners with home seekers for a mutually agreed-upon monthly fee. This professionally guided process offers benefits such as reduced housing costs for both parties, companionship, and a sharing of household tasks.

Through careful screening, background checks, and personal references, we ensure secure and compatible matches tailored to individual needs. Participants include seniors, people with disabilities, single parents, working professionals, and others seeking affordable, supportive housing solutions.

Shared Housing strengthens neighborhoods and benefits the community. Together, we can help create safe and sustainable housing opportunities for those in need.
